We are currently looking for a driven Branch Manager to join our team working in our retail branch in Yenda, NSW.
Your Role :
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, working with passionate people in a dynamic, community-focused company. If you're a seasoned professional with a strong background in agricultural retail management, staffing, and financial oversight, we want to talk with you!
As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations and staffing, including :
o Customer & Supplier Relationships : Build and nurture strong connections with customers and suppliers.
o Team Leadership : Manage and develop a dedicated team, with responsibility for recruitment, performance, and staff development.
o Financial Oversight : Manage branch budgets, review financial reports, and forecast stock requirements.
o Growth & Expansion : Identify opportunities to expand the business and contribute to strategic development.
o Safety & Compliance : Ensure branch compliance with WH&S standards and Agsafe program requirements.
What We're Looking For :
o Extensive experience in retail / branch management, ideally from within the agriculture sector or a closely related industry.
o Strong budget management skills, including forecasting and revenue responsibility.
o A hands-on approach to team engagement and professional development for your team.
o A passion for the rural community and agricultural industry and an understanding of their unique needs.

o Experienced in Stock Control & Purchasing : Familiar with inventory management and procurement

o Tech-Savvy : Experience with POS and stock / finance IT systems.
o Good Communicator : Enjoys leading and engaging with people.
Additional Requirements :
o A current driver's license.
o Australian or NZ citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
o A forklift licence (can be acquired after starting the role if not already held).
