Senior Accountant Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced senior accountant to take on a leadership role within our well-established team. Key Responsibilities:
* Utilizing technical expertise across accounting and tax to deliver complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, and trusts.
* Monthly management reports and construction of logical and accurate working papers.
* Proactively managing the team's workflow.
* Providing clarity of expectations and outcomes to team members.
* Delegating work and providing support and guidance to ensure team members have the necessary skills to thrive in their roles.
Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualification or certification.
* A warm and inclusive leadership style that brings out the best in your team, with proven experience in coaching and development.
* Experience working as a senior accountant in a professional services environment, preferably with exposure to corporate clients.
* Dynamism and flexibility in approach.
