The Centered Space is expanding across the Gold Coast, and we're looking for a clinician ready to build a role that fits their lifestyle and passion. This role is based in Varsity Lakes QLD 4227, with clients spread across high-demand suburbs like Robina, Burleigh, and Palm Beach and north Gold Coast. We'll shape your caseload around your location and interests, and support you to thrive in a collaborative, purpose-led team.

* Our in-house NDIS specialist trains you to master the system and advocate at the highest level weekly
* Fortnightly coaching with the CEO to help you rise into your potential
* Fortnightly clinical supervision with an external Senior OT, individual and team PD and regular scheduled training from our NDIS specialist

What the Role Involves
* Designing and delivering functional therapy programs
* Providing therapy in clinic, homes, schools, community settings and via telehealth
* Working closely with families, educators and team members to get the best outcomes
* Setting and reviewing goals every 3 to 6 months
* Writing clinical notes within 24 hours and submitting reports within one week of the final session in a block
* Supporting clients to build confidence, independence and participation in everyday life
* Sharing videos of your day for our socials

You'll Need
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
* A driver's licence and access to a car
* The right to work in Australia
* A commitment to our values and code of conduct
Nice to Have
* Experience with the NDIS (or a willingness to learn)
* A creative idea or passion project you want to bring into your work
* Confidence working across the lifespan or with a variety of needs
