Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury to provide tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own day, with the support of a strong and close-knit team of healthcare professionals. The role offers a broad and varied experience across the spectrum of occupational rehabilitation, making it ideal for someone already in the industry looking to expand their skillset or those new to Occupational Rehab.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Case management, including developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
* Conducting assessments and providing consultancy services to support clients in their return to health, work, and life goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
* Full ASORC Membership
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
* Fabulous communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
