**About the job**:
The Project Controls Coordinator will act as a primary focus for project cost estimating, tracking and analysis for various contracts and projects
Your responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and update the timesheeting system (Oracle) - late timesheet submissions/approvals weekly
- Timesheet reporting (Oracle)
- Oracle general maintenance (Booking allocations/Transaction controls/New task codes)
- Reporting analysis and closing of tasks as work is completed.
- Project changes - budget allocations etc as result of PCN's
- Maintaining and validating cost control data
- Maintenance of mapping (Oracle to Ecysys) for new tasks and especially PCN task codes
- Coordination of change management process
- PAF and BAR (Budget) allocations
- Expense claim management
- Travel Requests
- Demonstrated high level of coordination skills in order to gather cost data from project leaders, accounts and others.
- Prepare project cost estimate of resources and other expenses through discussions with functional leaders in a timely manner using generic cost structure, which is suitable for cost tracking in the project life cycle.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing for project cost reports and other cost related documents.
- Assist in preparing cost estimation, tracking and control procedure and continuously look at the ways of improving processes and revise procedure accordingly.
- Compile monthly commercial reports.
- Liaise closely with the Head office accounting staff.
- Where applicable set rates for site staff after liaising with the Human Resources Department.
- Any other duties that may arise from time to time which fall within the parameters of this role, for which the incumbent has the necessary skills and competences.
