Teaching Humanities and Social Sciences

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Humanities and Social Sciences in line with the Western Australian Curriculum.
* Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
* Assess and report on student progress in accordance with school and curriculum requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Model and foster values of teamwork, resilience, and respect.
Selection Criteria:
* A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and active involvement in a Christian church.
* Registration (or eligibility) with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
* Strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum in HaSS.
* Ability to integrate ICT into teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
* A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
* Experience in teaching Year 11 and 12 HaSS in Action or Modern History.
