Nurse Manager | Support at Home | $136k + Super + SP
* Small to Medium NFP SAH / Homecare Provider
* Based in Perth, South of River
* Manage AND grow a team of RNs, ENs & Allied Health
A New Era in Aged Care
Hard to believe it's already February 2026 and that the Aged Care Act 2024 dropped three months ago. Support at Home has replaced HCP and after so much waiting, the Strengthened Standards are live.
My client is a medium-sized Support at Home provider who need you to help build their clinical nursing team in-house.
They're not one of the big chains which means decisions get made quickly, the people making them actually know what's happening on the ground, and if something isn't working, they change it.
They've had significant growth in home care packages over the past couple of years, so this is the perfect time for you to come in.
The Role
They need a Nurse Manager to build and run their clinical nursing program. Right now that means managing a team, with a plan to hire more in the immediate future (RNs, ENs & Allied Health)
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be mostly in the office (planning, compliance, mentoring) with a clinical day on the road, visiting participants across the south-east metro in a provided car.
What they're looking for
* Full working rights in Australia & a Drivers Licence
* AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Solid experience in wound care, catheter management and palliative care.
* HomeCare / Support at Home experience is a plus. If your background is mostly residential, you'll need to know the Aged Care Quality Standards well and keep the team on top of them.
* You need to be comfortable with compliance. Under the current and incoming aged care regulations, documentation isn't optional. If it's not recorded properly, it didn't happen.
* Leadership-wise, they need someone who can set expectations, follow up on them, and build a team that actually functions.
* Their CEO puts it simply: the test for everything they do is whether it's good enough for his own parents. If that's how you think about your work, you'll fit in here.
Why You Want This Job
* Culture that isn't BS: They're a tight executive team (Finance/Quality/ICT, HR, Clinical, CEO) who genuinely support each other.
* Great Salary:$136k + Super + Salary Packaging and 17.5% leave loading.
* Tech that doesn't make you want to scream: They invest in systems. You won't be battling outdated platforms or manual workarounds. They've got proper ICT infrastructure, and they're proactive about digital maturity.
* You'll be respected: This isn't a "nice to have" role they've bolted on. This is a strategic priority.
* Join a growing organisation:They're at over 100 staff now, averaging 15% growth per year (when packages are flowing).
