Commissioning Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Commissioning Supervisor to oversee the commissioning of our Gold Processing Plant in Kalgoorlie.
About the Role
* Manage multiple work fronts, coordinating manpower and material resources effectively.
* Ensure contractor management on site aligns with project schedules and milestones.
* Develop commissioning plans and schedules according to subsystem/system priority.
* Supervise a team of 10 trades during the commissioning stage, fostering a culture of safety and standard work practices.
* Collaborate across construction and commissioning sites from energisation to process commissioning.
* Demonstrate unwavering commitment to personal and organisational safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 5 years of broad-range commissioning experience in O&G/Mining/Chemical industries, encompassing planning, workforce management, and field commissioning.
* Proficiency in trade skills, computer software applications, and relevant completion tools.
* Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and process evaluation.
