We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Lead to join our team. This role involves leading the detailed structural design and documentation on a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
* Prepare detailed project plans, including budgets, time forecasts, and resource planning
* Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 10 years' experience within an engineering consultancy
* Strong understanding of structures, materials, and construction
* Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Code
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the latest structural design software and technologies.
As a Structural Design Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior engineers and technicians.
