CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a well-established Darwin organisation operating across construction, development, hospitality and real estate sectors. This role offers the opportunity to shape learning strategies and build workforce capability across a diverse, multi-industry business. You will design and deliver impactful training programs that support compliance, operational performance and cultural development across a range of teams including construction sites, hospitality venues and corporate environments. Key Responsibilities Identify workforce capability gaps through stakeholder consultation, performance data and feedback Design and deliver engaging training programs across multiple formats including workshops, eLearning and coaching Support WHS and compliance training across operational teams Coordinate training logistics including calendars, materials, venues and trainer schedules Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) content and training records Partner with external training providers and RTOs to deliver accredited or specialist training Provide learning insights and recommendations to support organisational development Drive continuous improvement by keeping up to date with learning technologies and industry trends Our Ideal Candidate Qualification in Education, Human Resources or Training & Assessment (TAE) 3–5 years’ experience in a Learning & Development role Experience designing and delivering training programs end-to-end Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools such as Articulate or Captivate Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across frontline teams and leadership Experience in construction, property, hospitality or operational environments highly regarded What on Offer Salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 Super Opportunity to influence learning and capability across a diverse multi-industry organisation Work with teams across construction, hospitality and property sectors Career development and growth opportunities Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, or contact Rachel from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 264 602 or send your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au.
