This role will be located in Alice Springs at a 4,400‑acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. Expected to be onsite 100%.

Who You Are
You’re a skilled and safety‑conscious Tractor Trailer Driver with a strong track record of transporting goods efficiently and securely. With expertise in operating heavy vehicles, navigating long‑haul routes, and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations, you excel at delivering critical supplies on time. Your attention to detail, ability to perform routine vehicle inspections, and commitment to maintaining high safety standards make you a trusted skilled. What You’ll Do
- Receive and Follow Directions: Report to the Foreman or General Foreman for assignments, instructions, and directions for daily activities.
- Plan Work Activities: Read and interpret provided instructions and documentation to effectively plan and organize work activities.
- Operate Company Vehicles: Safely operate company vehicles with a capacity of up to 30 tons to transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Materials Transfer: Drive between warehouses to deliver operating materials and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Load and Unload Vehicles: Manage the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all cargo is secure during transit.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Strictly observe all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal safety equipment.
- Maintain Vehicle and Equipment: Ensure all operated vehicles and equipment are maintained in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Perform Directed Duties: Complete additional duties and activities as directed by supervisors.
- Document Activities: Keep accurate records of all logistics and transport activities, including details of routes, materials, and schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Tractor Trailer Driver experience managing similar projects of size, scope, and complexity.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must hold AUS NV‑1 or US Secret Clearance.
- Hold and maintain the appropriate HR–Heavy Rigid license.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of information and telecommunications professionals.
- Ability to maximize technical, performance, and operational efficiencies while minimizing lifecycle costs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Tractor Trailer Driver experience managing similar projects of size, scope, and complexity.
