This position provides senior nursing leadership, ensures timely and safe forensic responses, supports clinical governance, and strengthens service pathways across SWSLHD. Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is an experienced and confident senior nurse with advanced clinical and forensic skills, strong critical thinking, and the ability to lead in high‐pressure situations. You will bring expertise in trauma‐informed care, exceptional communication, and the capacity to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and interagency teams. Your strengths include sound clinical judgement, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care, evidence integrity, and service responsiveness. You are proactive, adaptable, and driven to improve outcomes for victim‐survivors through compassionate, expert nursing leadership.
