Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Office Coordinator to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to our Executive team. The successful candidate will have strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and experience in providing high-quality administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Executive team with meeting coordination, diary management, and appointments.
* Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives and teams.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to staff, visitors, and external partners.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of administrative services.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior capacity.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
