Quality & Compliance Officer - IEA Program

A Role with Impact:
We are seeking a Quality & Compliance officer to lead quality assurance and compliance operations across the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Contract within the organisation. This role would suit a hands-on, practical and personable individual with experience in Disability Employment Services.
Responsibilities
* Stay updated on compliance activities; adjust processes and documentation, and train staff accordingly.
* Processing of outcome claims
* Maintain and analyse breach register trends for improvements.
* IEA Quality Measure Scores: Achievement of or surpassing quality measure targets set for IEA
* Collect data for internal reporting and conduct internal audits.
* Lead preparations for external audits and support external auditors.
* Ensure organisational compliance with IEA grant agreement, guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor and review the effectiveness of quality assurance practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related issues and best practices.
* Effective and consistent management of compliance registers with clear accountability and up-to-date information.
* Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, compliance status, and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
* Qualification in Quality Assurance such as Diploma in Quality Auditing or a related field. (Preferred)
* Sound Knowledge of the IEA Program (or previous DES Program)
* Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance within the employment services environment.
* Strong understanding of contract management, compliance and legislation including the National Standard for Disability Services.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Hold a current WA Driver's license
