This part-time role in the Northern suburbs offers a lovely small work environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
* Process settlement receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure it balances to the general ledger.
* Ensure costs are accurately accounted for in the general ledger.
* Assist the Accountant with Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Assist with the preparation of operational and financial reports.
* Maintain and update accounting records and files.
* Back up for Accountant when on leave.
* Provide administrative support to the business including arranging meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You
You will be working closely with the General Manager Finance and the Accountant. The ideal candidate will have recent proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role.

Vital Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Software Knowledge
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB Advanced OR XERO) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Located in Stirling, this is a great opportunity to work in a small amiable team. Great location, lovely offices, parking bay provided.
The role requires 20 hours per week, preferably Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 2pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Please note that due to operational requirements, there is no WFH and no annual leave in July.
