A 1% improvement across load and haul fleets can add literally millions to their bottom lines. We are delivering these improvements to our clients across Africa and Australia.
MaxMine is an automated business improvement product which performs advanced analytics and data science on operational data from mobile mining equipment to deliver significant cost savings and productivity gains to global miners. We apply engineering science and mathematics to operational data that we collect with our hardware. We store and analyse this data via our cloud platform and deliver results straight into client's operations.

With a background in mining operations, engineering, or business improvement, you are confident influencing at all levels—from the pit to the boardroom. You're ready to take ownership of high-value customer relationships and drive performance improvement through data insights, coaching and strategic delivery.

Lead site engagement and onboarding, aligning MaxMine deliverables with customer goals, using our MaxMine solution Build and grow strategic relationships at operational and executive levels Coach client teams to adopt data-driven practices and realise measurable ROI Develop site-specific work plans and oversee successful delivery Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts Collaborate internally to drive product and service innovation Why this role is important This role is at the heart of MaxMine's impact. As Engagement Manager, you are a strategic partner to our clients—leading the way in adoption, transformation and value delivery. Your work will directly influence productivity gains and help embed modern, data-led decision making across the mining sector.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining or related field or 5+ years experience in surface mining across operations, engineering/technical services and/or business improvement with a preference for dispatch/control room experience 3–5+ years in mining, consulting, account management or operational improvement roles Strong data literacy; ability to interpret analytics and generate insights. Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and change enablement. Familiarity with mining operations, especially load and haul and/or dispatch/control room Exposure to SaaS delivery, operational technology or business improvement frameworks Proven ability to lead projects and deliver measurable outcomes Ability to build relationships and influence executive and senior customer stakeholders Commercially minded with strong decision-making capability. Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Outcome-focused with strong analytical and planning abilities. High adaptability, self-direction and integrity. Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve results, monitor performance and evaluate progress whilst working under limited supervision. Work Type and Location Full-time position, based in Queensland (ideally Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay or in the Bowen Basin) (relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate) Regular travel to customer sites is required Outside of site travel, remote working arrangements are supported, with flexibility in working hours The role is supported remotely from MaxMine's head office in Adelaide Our Values Our team's cohesion and success draws from a culture of shared values.
