About the Role
As our Ion Endoluminal Product Specialist for Victoria and South Australia, you will be the clinical face of a breakthrough technology that is changing how lung cancer is found and treated. You will support clinicians through their learning curve, build confidence in the platform and help hospitals establish and grow their programs. You will also expand awareness across both states by engaging interventional pulmonologists and thoracic surgeons who may not yet know about Ion, supporting those eager to train and fostering a growing network of advocates.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a clinical or medical device environment supporting clinicians or customers in real time
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, influence and educate
* Comfort in hospitals, theatres or procedural settings
* Proven ability to manage priorities, work autonomously and drive outcomes
* Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
* Current driver licence and ability to travel across Victoria and South Australia
* Exposure to interventional pulmonology, thoracic surgery, oncology or related procedural areas
* Experience launching or growing adoption of new medical technologies
* Background in capital equipment, clinical support, nursing or procedural sales
* Familiarity with robotic surgery ecosystems or complex procedural pathways
* Tertiary qualification in science, nursing, allied health or related field
