The Senior Logistics Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations in Australia, ensuring secure storage, efficient distribution, and compliance with global standards. Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a strategic, business‐critical role responsible for:
* Leading the logistics team at the distribution centre for retail and e‐commerce fulfilment
* Managing 3PL contracts, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement
* Collaborating across retail, merchandising, e‐commerce, and inventory teams to optimise flows
* Championing the implementation of SAP ERP within logistics operations
* Designing and executing logistics strategies, managing budgets, and preparing operational reporting
* Ensuring compliance with local regulations, group policies, audits, and sustainability initiatives
* Leading and developing a motivated team, promoting a culture of discipline, collaboration, and excellence
About You
* Tertiary education with 10+ years' experience in logistics/operations management
* Proven expertise in import/export, warehouse management, 3PL oversight, contract negotiations, and procurement
* Strong operational, compliance, and project management skills
* Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, detail‐oriented, and able to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
