Live & Learn Therapy
is a mobile paediatric Occupational Therapy service supporting children and adolescents across Sydney's Upper and Lower North Shore. We deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, supporting children with developmental, sensory, physical, and emotional needs to thrive in everyday life.
About The Role
We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced OT to join our growing paediatric service. This role is perfect for OTs who value
flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work
, without the pressure of high KPIs.

You'll be delivering assessments, therapy sessions, and individualised intervention plans for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. While you'll work independently with your caseload, you'll receive
regular supervision
, ongoing clinical guidance, and full administrative support, so you can focus on meaningful outcomes for your clients.
You'll support children and teens to build life skills, increase functional independence, and develop their sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities in ways that are practical, strengths-based, and family-centred.
We offer genuine flexibility in how you work. This role is available
part-time (minimum 2 days per week)
or
full-time
, with the option of a
4-day work week
for full-time OTs. You can choose hours that suit your lifestyle — whether you prefer
early starts and early finishes or later starts and finishes.
