Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and support schools to enhance quality of learning and teaching.
Promote Mission
Lead the implementation of contemporary curriculum, promoting professional learning and student outcomes. Drive improvement in mathematics and numeracy, leading the Diocesan Learning Hub. Build teacher capacity to embed numeracy across all key learning areas and facilitate teacher professional development. Design and deliver evidence-based learning programs that promote inquiry and action research. Support innovative classroom practice, foster collaboration and partnerships, and work with principals, teachers, and system leaders to strengthen teaching and learning across schools.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven success as a classroom practitioner in Catholic education.
* Strong understanding of current research and evidence-based practices in Learning and Teaching.
* Excellent written, presentation, interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage workload and show initiative while working collaboratively within and across teams.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Education and/or Leadership desirable.
