About the Role
As a Catering Assistant at RSL LifeCare, you will be empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive environment your compassion is valued and your professional development is prioritised. Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the catering team and the Head Chef to deliver high quality catering services for residents and visitors.
- Comply with Food Safety Standards.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional work environment – dishwashing and cleaning the kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, families and visitors.
- Serve residents meals and snacks, ensuring correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.
- Build strong, productive relationships with your team to deliver a positive dining experience.

About You

- Qualifications in catering or hospitality, or related experience beneficial but not essential.

Police / NDIS Check
A mandatory requirement for a team member in the Aged Care sector is a valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check (or both). Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment.
