Project Manager – Residential and commercial projects, including government and community works. With $45M of further projects already in the pipeline, they are committed to building a strong presence in Newcastle.
Base pay range
A$210,000.00/yr - A$230,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Leading the design phase and then overseeing delivery on site.
- Working closely with a dedicated CA and site team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Managing the design process during the pre-construction phase.
- Overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from procurement to completion.
- Leading subcontractor engagement and contract negotiations.
- Preparing accurate project reports, forecasts, and program updates.
- Driving a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture on site.
- Mentoring and supporting team members to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a head contractor.
- Strong capability managing projects from design through delivery.
- Experience on multi-residential or commercial projects $15M+
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, or Procore (or similar).
