This role focuses on delivering community support services to those in need, working closely with local partners to build capacity and resilience.
As a values-driven individual, you will play a vital part in our Doorways program, providing tailored support to community members experiencing hardship or distress.
This is a part-time opportunity (22.8 hours per week), supporting our Hunter-based operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver case work services to community members in need
 * Work closely with local partners to build capacity and resilience
 * Provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing hardship or distress
Requirements:

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
