**Job Title:** HSE Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join our team as a HSE Business Partner. This role will play a key part in shaping the safety culture at a brand-new, highly automated manufacturing site and will have the opportunity to step into multi-site leadership over time.
This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a collaborative and people-focused approach. The successful candidate will bring a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum) and experience in an operational HSE role, ideally within food manufacturing or similar.
The HSE Business Partner will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HSE management systems, supporting site leaders with coaching, advisory support and practical risk management, and driving behavioural safety initiatives to build a strong, engaged safety culture.
About the Role:

* Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations with a root-cause focus
* Evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
About You:
* Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
* Experience in an operational HSE role, ideally within food manufacturing or similar
* Able to influence, coach and build relationships at all levels
* Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
