This is a Procurement Strategy & Transformation Analyst role with Reserve Bank of Australia based in Sydney, NSW, AU Reserve Bank of Australia Role Seniority - mid level More about the Procurement Strategy & Transformation Analyst role at Reserve Bank of Australia Hybrid work environment 10-month max-term contract Play a fundamental role in implementing a new Procurement Strategy to enhance risk and digitise processes, tools, and AI adoption About the business/role/team Join a forward-thinking team within the Bank’s Procurement function, driving innovation and efficiency through digital enablement. You will report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager and work closely with the Head of Procurement, procurement specialists, technology teams, and customers business wide. About the role Support the roll out of the new Procurement Strategy which is underpinned by digitisation of processes and tools. Design and implement a Copilot-based procurement chatbot working closely with customers on the user experience, knowledge management, and logic. Lead the drafting of governance policies and guidelines relating to procurement, probity, and related risk and connected policies Support a Contract Management System implementation including requirements traceability, workflow design, testing, and go-live activities. Identify data sources and build dashboards for KPIs, KRIs, and performance tracking. Redesign processes for efficiency and improved end-user experience. Develop and execute change management and communications materials. Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools. About you Familiarity with procurement processes (buyer or seller side) Familiarity using a Contract Management System Familiar with using Copilot and a keen mind to leverage AI to support every day work. Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard creation. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
