From perfecting knife skills to mastering pastries, desserts, and elegant plating, you’ll guide people on a journey to discover confidence, creativity, and independence through food. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys teaching practical skills while celebrating food as both nourishment and an art form.

- You’re a capable chef with passion for teaching.
- You’re organised, supportive, and hands-on in the kitchen.
- You see food as both technique and expression, with a passion for sharing it with others.
What you’ll need
- Culinary qualification or significant industry experience (patisserie expertise highly regarded).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – desirable.
- Ability to inspire and teach practical cooking, from beginners to budding food enthusiasts.
