The role will see you involved and responsible for many of the day-to-day requirements for the business to run smoothly, such as but not limited to the below.
- Reception Duties - Answering & directing calls, deliveries, and visitor sign-in.
- Administration duties - Data and basic invoice entry, collating of dockets, and liaising with accounts for any overflow work.
- Ordering staff PPE and consumables as needed.
- Helping to manage the day-to-day running of the office.
This role will be reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer and supporting the Project Co-Ordinator to assist them with daily tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Please note initially this role will be a casual contract offering flexible full-time hours Monday to Friday; after an initial period, the position will be assessed with the look of a contract extension or offer of a permanent role within the business.
