About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team for 2026. This dual-specialty role focuses on helping clients transform their residential and commercial spaces with premium flooring (carpet, timber, laminate, vinyl) and window furnishings (blinds, shutters, curtains).
You will manage the entire customer journey, from initial showroom consultations and in-home design assessments to technical measurements and final installation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Expert Consultations: Conduct showroom and in-home design consultations to understand client needs and aesthetic preferences.
* Solution Selling: Provide tailored recommendations across our extensive range of flooring and window treatment products.
* Measure & Quote: Accurately measure spaces and provide detailed, professional quotes
* Lead Management: Proactively follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with installers and suppliers to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery and high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally within the building, home improvement, or interior design industries.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring materials or window treatment systems is highly advantageous.
* Precision & Detail: Strong mathematical ability for accurate measurements and quoting.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with homeowners, builders, and designers.
* Driving License: A current, valid driver's license is essential for in-home consultations.
