Optimising is seeking the best and the brightest SEO Specialist to join our Search team in our Melbourne office (Currently on a 3/2 office/WFH roster).
SEO Specialist
As part of our talented team, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for our clients and be able to manage those relationships successfully.
* Manage all aspects of SEO projects, including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing and launch.
* Manage the ongoing requirements of the SEO Campaign, including link building, competitor analysis, outreach, and copywriting.
* Be skilled at compiling reporting, analytics and data analysis for clients.
* Stay up to date on all industry news.
We are seeking the best, brightest, and most innovative individuals who are looking for a fun and rewarding job in the digital marketing industry.
About you
* You have previous experience working for digital clients or as part of an organisation.
* You also have hands‐on exposure to UX and design principles, as well as experience working with eCommerce platforms - i.e. Shopify.
* You have provided mentorship and leadership within a team environment.
* You have implemented technical SEO solutions and have worked hands‐on with web development teams.
* You actively participate and have a keen interest in sharing industry knowledge.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional creative and branding solutions for our clients.
* The ability to establish and develop client relationships at all levels and manage expectations.
* Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
* You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas.
* High attention to detail and proven time management skills.
* Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role.
* Embrace our learning culture with innovation and an attitude towards continuous improvement.
* Willingness to learn and work with new technology systems.
* You stay curious about emerging technologies, with a growing interest in how AI tools can improve creative and strategic workflows.
You have
* At least 2 years of hands‐on SEO experience.
* Previous experience working with web analytics & paid search tools & systems.
* Applied understanding and knowledge of web development, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
* Proficient in the usual software tools (i.e. Google Suite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
* You've started experimenting with AI tools and are interested in how they can improve your SEO/GEO and marketing work.
