Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of People, this role will manage 4 direct reports, and will involve but won't be limited to the following:
* Manage end-to-end payroll processes
* Ensure compliance, governance & audit readiness
* Liaise with managed service provider
* Act as escalation point for complex issue resolution
* Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation
* Implement effective risk management strategies & controls monitoring
* Mentoring and developing payroll team members

Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
* Significant payroll experience in a complex, award/EBA driven environment
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of relevant Awards, EBAs, and legislation
* Experience dealing with a managed service provider advantageous
* High attention to detail and analytical capability
* A collaborative and strategic mindset
