* Providing timely, professional support to customers and care teams
* Working collaboratively with local teams to forecast staffing needs
* Managing third-party service bookings
* Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with systems and processes
To be successful in this role, you'll need strong scheduling or rostering experience, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
