* Develop and implement research agendas aligned with RACS' strategic objectives.
* Lead high-performing teams focused on quality assurance, accreditation, and government-funded initiatives.
* Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
A PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in research, with extensive experience in healthcare or education research and evaluation, is required. Proven leadership of complex research programs and teams, strong experience in accreditation, quality assurance, and M&E frameworks, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a track record in securing funding and working with government and academic partners are highly valued.
