To succeed in this role, you must possess proven civil project experience, with extensive hands-on experience in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, services, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Additionally, you should have a strong track record of leadership, with the ability to manage and motivate small to large crews.
The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency, including the ability to read and interpret plans, manage material orders, and execute works according to specifications. Relevant qualifications, such as a Cert IV or Diploma in Civil Construction, WHS, or a current Drivers Licence (HR/MR Licence), are highly desirable.
