About this Role
This position plays a crucial part in our efforts to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality within a manufacturing environment. A Process Engineer designs, optimizes, and troubleshoots processes to create streamlined workflows that meet safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
* Process Design and Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety and quality.
* Process Evolution: Support the Operations team navigate through engineering and maintenance challenges, applying problem-solving techniques and corrective actions.
* Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and quality defects using root cause analysis and other LEAN tools.
* Process Monitoring and Control: Track KPIs and maintain control systems to ensure smooth operations.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen events, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Safety and Compliance: Uphold rigorous safety standards, develop SOPs, and conduct risk assessments.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze production data to provide actionable insights, reports, and improvement recommendations.
* Collaboration and Project Management: Engage with internal teams and manage projects to meet timelines and objectives.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics (essential).
* Demonstrated experience in SCADA & Allan Bradely PLC systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (essential).
* Practical experience in process improvement (desirable).
* Familiarity with engineering software and proficiency in LEAN principles (desirable).
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
