Accounts Administration Role
This team seeks an organized Accounts Payable, Receivable and Administration Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records and support office administration.
* Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records of expenses and approvals.
* Assist with month-end accruals and reporting.
* Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements.
* Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debtor collections.
* Record incoming payments and reconcile bank deposits.
* Maintain up-to-date customer account information.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
* Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
* Maintain office supplies and assist with purchasing.
* Support management with data entry, filing and document control.
* Assist with payroll preparation and HR recordkeeping.
