Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher /Educational Leader to join the foundation team at Mini Masterminds. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will work closely with educators each day, leading by example and driving best practice in early education.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of educators through on‐the‐floor mentoring, collaboration, and support.
* Model and guide best‐practice early childhood education in daily routines and program implementation.
* Develop and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs that nurture each child's growth, curiosity, and development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture focused on high‐quality care and education.
* Build strong relationships with families and the community, promoting involvement and Excels' values.
* Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing standards are consistently met and upheld.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent)
* At least 6 months' experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership capacity
* Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire educators on the floor
* Valid Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
* Child Protection training/certificate
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional development
