The resort features 225 rooms, 4 restaurants, poolside bars, a tour desk, resort shop, and day spa. We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join our Broome-based Engineering Team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Office Administration. Responsibilities Report to the Chief Engineer or delegate. Collaborate with the entire Engineering Department. Coordinate with staff from other departments and external contractors and suppliers. Prepare accurate purchase orders with correct descriptions and ledger codes. Dispatch maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding issues. Communicate with resort departments regarding work completion and arrivals of materials. Maintain departmental stationery supplies. File documentation systematically. Assist with End of Month reporting for the Chief Engineer. Identify and report areas for improvement. Participate in project work as instructed by the Chief Engineer. Qualifications Previous administrative and/or finance experience is essential. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
