What you’ll be doing (and why it’s good experience) You’ll be hands-on across the finance function, which means real learning, not just busy work. Bank reconciliations, building strong accounting fundamentals. Billing, invoicing and finance administration so understanding how the business actually runs. Managing credit cards and expenses. You’ll learning controls, accuracy and accountability. Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks so exposure to different areas as you grow. You’ll work closely with a Senior Accountant who started in this business as a graduate, was promoted internally, and has been supported through ongoing development, including their CPA.
