Your responsibilities will include: Conducting Strata site inspections and damage assessments Determining the cause and extent of property damage Appointing and coordinating trades and technical specialists Communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors Preparing professional reports and claim documentation Managing claims to ensure timely and positive outcomes for customers This role combines technical property knowledge, problem solving, and customer service.
