The Position

The role is a typical Level 2 Technical position where you'll collaborate with a mix of Level 1, 2 and 3 Engineers to learn from and mentor others in the team.
Your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional experience when clients seek assistance.
Day-to-day you'll be helping clients with:
Remote technical support and problem resolution
Assisting and occasionally managing client projects
Backup and recovery in products like Veeam and Datto
Support for a diverse range of platforms and technologies
Handling escalations from and mentoring Level 1 Engineers
Troubleshooting, provisioning, and support of Microsoft Cloud solutions

About You
You'll need 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft environments using tools such as RMM and ticketing systems.
