Job Overview
Senior leadership role overseeing Komatsu's Service, Parts and Product Support operations across Mt Thorley, Gunnedah and Mudgee. Lead a team of 175 people and drive operational, customer and financial performance across the region.
Location
Mount Thorley (with regular travel to Gunnedah & Mudgee).
Responsibilities
* Oversee Service, Parts and Product Support operations across three mining communities.
* Lead and develop a team of 175 employees and contractors.
* Drive operational, customer and financial performance within the region.
* Collaborate with mining customers, senior account managers and regional leaders to deliver safe, efficient and profitable operations.
* Ensure consistent service delivery, strong customer relationships, disciplined financial management and a high‐performance team culture.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years combined experience across Parts and Service in mining, construction or heavy equipment.
* Proven senior leadership capability managing large teams and contractors.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance regional performance.
* Experience in WIP control, inventory management and operational leadership.
* Ability to build a safe, high‐performance culture aligned to Komatsu values.
* Diploma in Management or equivalent experience.
