In this pivotal role, you’ll drive our online growth and help shape the digital shopping experience for our customers. You’ll work across sales forecasting, content strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer experience—all with a focus on scaling our omni-channel brand across local and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce ManagementManage daily operations of our e-commerce platforms including product listings, content updates, and trade performance.Plan and execute the online trade calendar, ensuring seamless promotion launches.Monitor site performance and identify growth opportunities across marketing channels to meet sales targets.Analyse data and trends to build accurate sales forecasts.Continuously improve the customer experience from discovery to post-purchase.Digital MarketingCollaborate with the COO, Social Media Manager, and external digital agencies on paid performance campaigns.Localise and optimise campaigns to suit target regions (especially AU, NZ, US, and Canada).Own and execute a strategic website traffic plan with measurable goals across all markets.Create compelling digital content that resonates with an international audience and reflects the brand’s premium positioning.Explore and test new digital channels and tools to optimise performance.Champion SEO and UX best practices across web and social channels with an international lens.Reporting & AnalyticsMeasure and report on digital marketing KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, and Conversion Rate by market.Use analytics tools to monitor and improve traffic, engagement, and retention globally.Set and lead the Email Marketing calendar, managing campaigns from strategy through to send and where appropriate tailor the content by region.Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the team.About You3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within fashion or retail with hands-on exposure to global strategies.Highly proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, and performance platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).Strong analytical skills with experience in data-led decision making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.A strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and innovation.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).Join a small, passionate team and make an impact during a meaningful chapter in our brand journey.Apply now.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion
