We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our end-to-end internal recruitment processes globally.
About the Role
This newly created position will play a critical role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategy, working closely with our experienced team to identify current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and making offers
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify global hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
* Write compelling job advertisements and post across multiple platforms
* Develop and execute targeted recruitment initiatives to attract diverse and qualified talent for hard-to-fill roles
* Ensure a positive stakeholder experience through timely updates, clear communication, and personalized touchpoints
* Support building strong talent pipelines for niche roles across regions
* Maintain accurate recruitment records using our ATS system
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in a technology or start-up environment
* Proficiency in using an ATS system and LinkedIn Recruiter software
* A track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding of Australian employment law and regulations
