Key Responsibilities
* Work across projects from start to completion, working collaboratively with colleagues
* Work closely with project consultants and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
* Produce & coordinate high quality documentation and details
* Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
* Manage your time across multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled
* To pursue design excellence and innovation
* Implement the processes and procedures in line with best practice
Skills and Experience
* Operating at a level equal to 3-9+ years professional practice experience
* Registration as an architect preferred for the projetc leaders, capable of managing large, complex mixed-use, multi-residential developments in early and construction stages
* Design eye and attention to detail
* Past experience on local housing, mixed-use, commercial, and/or hospitality projects
* Outstanding record on projects through all phases including detailed documentation and delivery
