Role Description
To excel as a Disability Support Professional, you will provide dedicated support to clients in their homes, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
* Offer personalized, flexible, and responsive client-focused assistance to enhance clients' physical and mental health.
* Organize and coordinate social activities and community events to enrich clients' quality of life.
* Maintain strong relationships with the community to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
* A valid driver's license.
* Comprehensive car insurance.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Fluent English language skills.
* At least 2 years of experience in disability support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
* Manual handling and managing challenging behaviors skills.
