The Branch Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supervising daily duties, ensuring effective branch performance, and providing coaching and feedback to the team. This position works closely with senior management to maintain high customer service standards, efficient front desk operations, and ensure equipment meets our standards.

This role requires:

* Supervising and delegating daily tasks, taking overall responsibility for the branch when the senior manager is absent.

* Ensuring front desk operations and branch administration meet our standards.

* Managing equipment maintenance and workshop standards, ensuring all gear meets our standards and is available for customers.

* Opening and closing the branch as required.

* Completing training and development activities to improve performance and skills.

* Rostering and staff supervision.

Successful candidates will have:

- Previous retail operation management experience (minimum 2 years).

- Proven track record of people management, including performance, training, and coaching.
