You will be an experienced leader and a team player – someone who is passionate about driving overall business performance with a growth agenda and with solid, practical skills and knowledge in developing the capability of teams.
You will thrive on engendering solid business relationships and be level‐headed and down to earth with exemplary standards of ethical conduct and professional judgment with a positive, resilient, curious and goal‐orientated nature. This will be complimented by your focus on coaching and developing others and by your clear ability to find ways to put together solutions that add value.
