Job Description
We are seeking a skilled engineer to provide technical support across various IT technologies and play a pivotal role in our clients' IT infrastructure development.
This mid-level position requires a versatile individual with expertise in imaging and reimaging systems, network troubleshooting, Office 365 management, Active Directory administration, and Windows server environment setup.
* Proficiency in imaging and reimaging systems is mandatory, ensuring optimized and updated hardware operations.
* Strong network troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve connectivity issues across a range of platforms.
* Experience with Office 365 to manage and support cloud-based applications effectively for clients.
* Knowledge of Active Directory for managing network resources and user access within client environments.
* Ability to work with SCCM for deploying, managing, and updating systems to ensure client infrastructure remains current.
* Experience in Windows Administration for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Windows server environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing field support for desktop and network issues, travelling to client sites as needed to ensure system functionality.
* Implementing and managing imaging and reimaging processes, ensuring that all client systems are optimized and updated.
* Conducting regular network troubleshooting and maintenance for clients to ensure consistent, reliable IT infrastructure performance.
* Administering and supporting Office 365 environments, ensuring seamless user accessibility and functionality.
* Utilizing Active Directory for effective management of network resources and ensuring secure access controls.
* Operating and maintaining SCCM for efficient deployment and management of client systems and updates.
* Facilitating Windows administration tasks, ensuring secure and effective running of clients' Windows environments.
