* Work closely with the capture team to write compelling submissions, including insights and contribution into our value proposition, differentiated service offering, centre of excellence offerings, 'hot button messages', message theme, and cross‐selling opportunities.
* Understand capture planning best practices and provide robust support and guidance to capture managers in development of the win strategy.
* Participate actively in Go/No‐Go decisions by providing recommendations, facilitating green‐light analyses as part of advanced capture planning and positioning activities, and supporting compliance with delegation of authority guidelines and legal.
* Lead Business Line Sales/Pursuits Meetings to align stakeholders, track progress, and drive accountability.
* Monitor market – assess competitors, client priorities, and government/industry trends to shape pursuit strategies.
* Champion client listening in the business line and participate in program when required.
* Mentor and Lead: Develop a small team of bid specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and feedback.
