Purpose
As Senior Property Manager, you will be the vital support beam for our Property Management team in all aspects of Residential Property Management. You will be the beacon of efficient and effective communication, ensuring owners, tenants, and contractors are always in the loop. You will carry out all necessary duties, in strict accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, to keep our property management endeavours running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
* Effectively promote rental properties
* Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
* Efficient scheduling and conducting of leasing inspections
* Manage the rental application process and present applications to property owners for approval
* Issue entry notices for inspections
* Prepare and distribute tenancy agreements
Skills And Experience
* Current Real Estate Certificate relevant to the specific Country/ State/ Territory
* Experience using Console Cloud or other Property Management Software is beneficial
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Possession of a valid driver's license specific to the Country/State/Territory
